Free features are available without an account. Pro features require a paid Pro pass purchased via WhatsApp or email.
Saponification (SAP) values used in our calculations are averages derived from published references and laboratory data. They represent typical values for common commercial oils and fats. Actual SAP values vary depending on the crop, harvest season, processing method, and supplier.
Results from SoapCalc.pro are intended as a starting point for formulation. We strongly recommend:
SoapCalc.pro does not guarantee that results will produce safe soap in all cases. You are solely responsible for the soap you produce.
Pro passes are sold as fixed-duration access passes (30, 90, 180, or 365 days). Purchases are initiated via WhatsApp or email. Payment must be confirmed before Pro access is activated. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.
Pro access is activated manually after payment confirmation, typically within a few hours. If access is not activated within 24 hours of confirmed payment, contact us at Email.
Pro access begins on the date of activation and expires at the end of the pass period. Passes are not automatically renewed. Unused days are not refundable or transferable once a pass has started.
Every new registered account receives 7 days of Pro access automatically at no charge. No payment details are required. The trial begins on account creation and is non-extendable.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: refunds are available within 48 hours of activation if Pro features have not been used. Refunds are not available after 48 hours or after Pro features have been used.

All content on SoapCalc.pro — including the calculation engine, oil database, SAP values, property scoring system, user interface design, and written content — is the property of SoapCalc.pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Recipes you create and save using the Service remain yours. By saving them to our platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and display them to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoapCalc.pro and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current Pro pass.
We aim to keep SoapCalc.pro available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts.
